there will either be an ajusting nut beneath the handbrake cover or usualy directly below the handbrake beneath the car(once you see what your looking for itls just common sence from there.the rear shoes will also have a rachet for ajusting(this is a bit more work).i would ajust it at the lever first,sometimes the cables stretch so it might need replaced.try downloading a pdf manual for it.
