diplomat 8512 drum not spinning?

drum is trying to spin but seems not to have enough power to turn completely- sometimes works sometimes doesnt

Hi alan, if the drum tries to go onto spin but just rocks then it could be the capacitor,they have a 16mf and 22mf.It it just turns but never reaches speed,it could be the pressure switch hose blocked.Does it drain properly,the filter may be full. All the best.
