How can I fix overheat problem?

My 1998 Daewoo Lanos 1.5 [S.O.H.C.] overheats due to the cooling fan never starts. Fan,Relays,Fuses and Fan wiring checked O.K. Thermostat replaced cooling system entirely cleaned and filled with the specified fluid.Water pump replaced too!!

u dont mention fan thermoswitch,an omission or not tested?located on side of radiator body,2 wire plug, remove plug and bridge same with a paper clip.if fan runs then renew themoswitch.if none applies then u have to consider combustion gases in the cooling from head gasket failure or cracked linners
