Mondeo front disc removal?

how do I remove mondeo brake discs that are stuck fast.
I have soaked in WD 40 and hammered but with not success.
I have a hub puller that I could use to reove the hib and disc but it the large axle nut the only thing I need to remove - the manual is a bit vague

assuming wheel off the ground remove road wheel remove the plastic caps that hide the caliper 7mm screws undo and remove screws completely the carrier should now come free by raising upwards tie out of the way to prevent the flexi hose being strained look at the bottom of the wheel carrying threads you should see a couple of funny special washers (2 per wheel) remove by unscrewing ANTI CLOCK WISE completely off the threads now just tap the rear of the disc with a rubber mallet to BREAK THE RUST
THE LARGE NUT DOES NOT NEED TO BE UNDONE UNLESS YOU ARE CHANGING THE DRIVE SHAFT
