You need to clean the carburettor it comes apart easy and you clean it with carb and choke cleaned did my petrol grass trimmer and its working A1

TBH I wouldn't bother.

A. It's made in China so once you've got it apart it's not designed to go back together again.

and

B. Even if you identify the problem ,you won't get the part to put it right.
