how can i unlock my Parkside powerdrill chuck (PSBM 1100)?

I am unable to unlock the chuck on my Parkside powerdrill. The drill has a keyless chuck and is tightend by hand. The drill bit is still locked in the chuck and I can't unlock it with my hand or with a spanner.

Put it one side in a vise thats mounted on a table and use a large pair of pliers on the other and it will come right off.
