How to diagnose fault on my omega seats?

I have a 2000 Omega CD 2.5v6,they are not memory seats just one button for up and down,they both just click,have checked fuse,odd to have same fault on both,Help!!!!!!

i have a 2003 omega facelift model, both front seats are electric but the raise and lower button on both seats just click and thump can anyone help, both my seats are stuck on the high setting, help please
