Rocker Repair?

I have a wooden glider rocker. Under the cushion, the seat was made of strips of rubber (?) that fit snugly into a groove around the edge. They each have a metal fitting at the end which fits tightly into the groove. Over time, these have stretched and cracked. Does anyone know how I can replace them? The chair is otherwise in great shape.

These are a standard fitting but you may have to find a local chair upholsterer to buy or fit the replacements,go on line and look for chair upholstery.
