It is 300 dollars, and i don't want to have to buy another one. its model ES2300 LIGHTNING PLUS .

I have one too, and mine has the exact same problem, guess what. STRAIGHTENERS SHOULDN'T COME WITH A SWIVEL CORD. turns out that mine had turned so many times that it snapped all the wiring at the power cord/straightener. Luckily my dads and electrician :l

but it just broke again and now im heaps p** off.

And i can't even find a silver bullet website so i can't buy a new cord for it -.-
