Hi how do i go about changing the seal as it is broken and water leaks from the bottom of the door. Can i do it myself or do i need a qualified person? Thanks

This isnt really an answer but you may well have to contact the manufacturer. I had the same problem on a Hotpoint BWM20 washing machine and asked a local specialist to replace the door seal. After an hour of frustration he gave up and said he couldn't solve the problem 'cos he couldn't get the old seal off. He seemed to think it needed a special tool to get at the retaining screw/bolt and recommended I contact Hotpoint direct.
