hey, this happened to me... its a right ***** when choosing where safe to park.
Anyway, what it is in most cases is a design fault of Peugeot's where constant opening and closing of the front doors bends and wears out the wires in the door-car electrics (open door, black tubing near hinges). I sent mine to the garage and they rewired the broken wires within this tubing- i suggest you have a look at the wires inside on either side.
