my down button and number 2 button dont work on my nokia 6120 is there any ideas on how to fix them

Hello Nahid, I know I was able to fix the buttons on my Nokia by taking off the front cover and rubber number pad beneath - carefully - and simply tightening one of the corner nuts on the number buttons plate. It had come loose and after tightening it worked perfectly !!
