Bosch fridge faulty thermostat?

my Bosch Excel fridge just will not turn off -- is it a faulty thermostat? Where would I get the parts? And a DIY installation guide?

My Bosch KGV2620 fridge has the same problem - the repairer says that it is likely that the thermostatic probe needs replacing but that this is not possible as it is built into the cabinet

price for a new stat can be got from sales@gwhitedist.co.uk they will need enr number and fd number of the appliance
