garmin c510 help please!!!!?

when i turn on the garmin or try to connect it to the pc it just keeps saying loading, then resets and does it all over again
can anyone help???

have you tried emailing the helpdesk at Garmin they are very helpfull, but if you get an answer let me know only I am in the same boat!!!!!!!!!
