If it is anything like the 1999 Fiesta 1300cc OHV try looking under the bonnet very low down on the passenger's side, close to the front wheel and wing. Alternatively you might find it easier to view it from under the car (Hand-brake on and leave in reverse gear for safety). I hope this helps you.
