hi can i fix my truck?

my 10amp fuse for the gauge engine circuit keeps blowing on my 1994 toyota dyna diesel

ive disconnected the plugs on the diesel pump and from behind the instrument cluster and it still blows?

just wondering if you had any thoughts until i get my workshop manual next week?
