how can i fix my 14 ltr junkers hydro power boiler? the digital display is not registering any faults, but when i run the hot water the boiler only starts for 3 seconds, knocks off then kicks in again. Meaning the water temp only reaches 27-28 degrees.I have stripped the whole thing down and can find no blockages in the jets. Could it be the thermostat?

I had a similar problem with my "Intelligent" (well, for me is stupid all the time) Vulcano. It seems the gas evacuation was not being performed too well and the boiler's included gas smell detector/sensor was making the boiler turning off all the time. Well, just a little bit of wind, or 'ultralight' gas smells and the boiler was shut off by the damned ensor. The sollution? I had to remove that too sensitive piece (pls read xit instead, btw), and the problem was solved. Anyway, I added an external gas detector/sensor near the boiler, just in case - prevention before all! ;-), I hope this may help you.
