finding the cooling system drain on my renault laguna 1.8rt sport 1997 8v?

finding the cooling system drain on my renault laguna 1.8rt also where is my water pump

There is no drain plug, you have to remove the plastic undertray and take the bottom hose off the radiator.
The water pump is driven by the auxilliary belt and is below and behind the power steering pump.
If you are planning to remove/replace the water pump yourself I suggest you buy the Haynes workshop manual for this car as you will need the location of the coolant air-bleed valves for refilling, the aux. belt tensioning method, torque wrench settings etc. etc..
The book costs about £19 from Halfords, you can probably get one cheaper from charity or second hand book shops.
