your phone will work but it just wont charge you will have to find a phone that can charge your battery then when it is done charging you can insert it into your phone and it will continue to work.

try and unscrew it and take it to bits and leave it in a warm place for at least 24hrs and it should work(make sure u wipe all sticky pop off the inside with a damp cloth)hope it helps!!

its probably dead, you could try removing the battery and sim and leaving it all in a warm, dry place for a week or so
