when i turn the mobile on,it says that PUK is blocked. What is PUK and how can you un block it? the phone is an SGH E250.

Hello I dont know how to unblock my PUK Lg vodafone Phone i have done the attempts and it wont let me go on it at all.Only thing that is on it it Emergency calls and a pic of a sim and a exclimation poiont x Plz help me i am 14 i really need my phone bk x

well wat u do is when u have tries, u look on the back of ur sim card and there will be 4 numbers and type in those 4 numbers and u will un lock it...

hey i have the same problem with my phone (LG Shine) and from what i've found so far, on ATT's website and other forums, is that once this happens(if u didnt use up all of your attempts to unlock,u can call your carrier and they can help) yr sim card gets permenantly locked and u HAVE to purchase a new one...really unfortunate. Just ruined mine b4 i found this out. Nothing about PUK in phone's instruction manual. :(
