are there bleed nipplles for the radiator on rover 214's?

hi,
i'm wondering if there are bleed nipples to let the air out of the system on my rover 214si ( it's on a p plate )...
or whether you just have to take the hose off from the bottom of the rad.....

Hi Pete, leave the cap off the expansion tank, run the engine at high idle (1500rpm) with the heater selected to full "hot" untill the fan kicks in then let it idle for about 10 mins this should "burp" out any airlocks, then stop the engine, refit the expansion tank cap and then let the engine idle for 10 mins to check for any leaks under pressure
