how to replace espace headgasket?

what order would you change the headgasket on a 1995 reno deisel espace my engine has gas bubbles coming throu the header tank,with white smoke from the exaust.do i need pressure test or change the gasket now?

hi rob,sound's like the head is warped you will need the head pressure tested & skimmed first this cost's about £100
