Problem with Washing Machine BEKO WBF 6005 C?

The washing machine started filling with water then suddenly stopped. It will not start again, not does the door locks itself anymore. in other words, it is closed, but you can open it if you want to. usually, when the machine is working a program,or set to do so anyway, it locks itself.
