Aqualisa Aquastream fault diognosis?

My Aqualisa Aquastream (post 97 i think) makes an awful noise when running i am now trying to use the shower at sensible times of the day so as to not upset the neighbours. what part needs replacing? the shower works fine, just makes a terrible noise. is it easy to fit by a competant diy-er? are there any special tools I may need? oh and does the part come with instructions??

Hi ,check for poor contact to the wall of the unit, causing vibrations, check for air in the piping by purging water through the hose with the shower head off.
Easy to fit a new one if the pipe holes are in the same posn as the old/new unit,no special tools, bit fiddly to open the collets that secure the shower entry to the copper pipes.
