How can i get hot radiators on my Potterton Puma 80?

The boiler responds with hot water when you turn the taps on and the pilot light is on, but the radiators are not hot. I have replaced the thermostat, today but still no joy????????

its probably the change over valve £75 approx to buy. sometimes its the pcb but as other parts of the boiler are working try the the valve
