how can i fix the problem with my printer its an lexmark 2580 and i cant load it into the computer it keeps coming up error.

I guess that you mean the drivers won't install. You need to make sure that you have the correct drivers for the Operating System that your PC is using. To ge the latest drivers go to www.lexmark.com
