remove front wheels. remove callipers. remove brake pads and shims. file the calliper carrier (where the brake pads sit). re fit shims and grease the place where the pads sit and replace pads. TAKE THE CAP OF THE BRAKE FLUID RESEVOIR. then push the piston back inside the calliper. re-fit calliper. put the wheel on and torque. pump the brake pedal until hard and check the brake fluid on completion.
