Can a Baxi Bermuda fire be reconnected?

My mother is having a combi boiler fitter and her baxi burmuda disconnected, but wondered if the fire part of the system can be reconnected or does she need to have a new fire fitted in its place. The combi boiler is obviously being fitted into another room.

I would be very grateful for an expert opinion - thank you,

yes the back boiler can be decommisioned by a suitably qualified engineer and the fire left working. the original flue will obviously have to be in good order
