Ford Ka Continental headlights?

I've been living in Spain for the past few years, my English Ka's headlights are set for driving on the right. Do I have to change the whole headlamp set now that I'm back in the UK or can they be adjusted (not using a stick on gubbins) to suit driving on the left?

Hi John, you would have to get replacement units as there is no way to adjust the light pattern to UK spec and I dont think the MOT people would be too impressed with the stick on beam benders, plenty of light units for sale on ebay £10~20
