It is like new, we have tightened it up, so that it is so tight, you can hardly walk on it. Then backed it off, it still won't stop slipping. Thank you
looks like I figured it out myself. The incline was set on down hill too much. When I set it for up hill it stopped slipping. Maybe this will help someone else.
