The refrigerator and freezer will not maintain a cold temperature unless we unplug and replug the fridge in 3-4 times a day (the temperature slowly rises, although the LED display continues to read -18 and 3).
Can anyone please advise as to what the problem is - and also how to fix? Our current repair guy is at a loss.

We have the same fridge, now with the same problem. However ours was caused by a series of brownouts and then a huge power surge. I imagine the circuit board on the controller card is RS. We will have the repair guy out soon.
