my admiral freezer ice making tray is releasing the cubes not fully frozen into the dispensing tray. this in turn makes them freeze in the hold and stops them from being released.
My experience of the ice makers (Samsung) is that they are done by timer. Generally there is some adjustment which should be detailed in the user manual.
