renault megane?

i have a renault megane and the dash board light flashes when it is put into drive and the rev counter dont work is this a big problem

What year is your vehicle?
This is an inherent fault with these vehicles.
Some times the dash blinks, it can even interfere with the car starting as it sometimes interrupts the CAN bus
