rough feeling in rear drive when turning corners at low speed

Sounds to me like you have one or more of your constant volocity joints going out. there is one each side of the rear differential and one at each end of the drive shaft that goes to the rear differential. you should take it to your local subaru dealer to be inspected, and repaired if necessary.
