how do i unseize back brake caliper?

hi please could you tell me how to free back brake caliper on my vw golf sdi w reg

Old post but way to tell a guy to see a tech. You can do it yourself. Clean off the caliper. Soak in brake clean. You can use a clamp to compress the piston. Use Sil-Glide on the piston before you compress it. Proven to work numerous times.

The answer to your question depends on what kind of car or truck you may have. And the type of brakeing system you have. You may have to have it done by a professional brakeman. sometimes you just have to go to the professionals to get something you would think you can do yourself done.
I know it hurts your feelings to have to have someone else work on your vehicle but those are the brakes. sorry! I am an AFC certified mechanic I know how you feel sometimes it's for the best. and again sorry for the pun. Just remember this, sometimes it comes down to do you want this fixed, or do you want it fixed right!
