The over-heat cut out keeps tripping after a couple of minutes..fan working ok, pcb fine and thermostat and cut out switch replaced..
boiler never serviced (10 yrs old)but no other probs.. doesn't look dirty, flame nice and blue etc...
any ideas ?

pump fine...I've now resolved this... there was something wedged unger the venting valve for the pressure chamber, so it was emptying itself... now fixed that but a new problem appeared...the ignition cable is now shorting against the casing..i've tried to relocate it and added some more insulation but the spark seems very resourceful ! it keeps reappearing in different locations...will a new cable resolve this or might there be another fault ?
