Is water still in the machine. If so it sounds like the impellar in the drain pump has come away from the spindle. Syphon out as much water as you can. Move machine to a spot where you can turn it upside down. Get ready to catch what little water is still in it. On base plate remove 3 screws on front edge and 3 screws on back edge. Remove base plate, watch out for micro switch attached to base plate. Locate where the drain hose attaches, that is the drain pump. Remove hose. 1 screw holds the drain pump in place, just a couple of turns will do. Turn pump anticlockwise and pull. Watch out for rubber ring and retain. The impellar is covered by a plastic white housing which needs to be removed with a torx screw driver ( the star shaped type ). Observe if the 3 bladed impellar comes away with the cover. If so then that is the problem. Pump is spinning away but impellar is not. Push fit impellar back onto spindle. If its fitted right it will be very hard to pull away from spindle. Now reverse fit everything.
