suck it and dribble it with a hose

by pressurising the fuel tank with compressed air and disconecting the fuel line at the filter.this ensures all the fuel that can be picked up by the in tank pick up can be ,well,picked up.wraping rags round air line and stuffing down filler neck does the trick
