cultivator 30cc wont start plenty of spark new fuel new carb diaframs piston an ring plus bore in great shape fuel on carb comes outer the l chamber bur very litle from the h chamber any one no what to soak the carb in to clean it any ideas as to why it wont suck fuel to bore?

Spray carb cleaner availiable from any good motor factor's(see yellow p)does an exelent job but basically celluose thinners is as good,care must be taken to not disolve any plastic/rubber/neoprene componant's.As to the starting problem,it's not unusual to have difficultys after fitting new ring's,Did you break the glaze on the bore?anyway,try spraying a "SMALL!!"amount of easystart into the carb intake.dont overdo the gas,.This may be enough to kick it into life
