how do i fix the motor on my Samsung washing machine?

my Samsung P1053 goes through a cycle, fills and drains, but the drum does not spin. i have turned the drum manually and it is very stiff so that would lead me to believe it is not the belt but the motor. So, now, where do i find the motor and how do i fix it?

Motors are usually very expensive and difficult/costly to replace. Check that it's not the belt that's causing a problem. If it is the motor and your machines more than 3 years old, I would buy a new one rather than repair as you'll eventually get faults with other parts.
