my computer will not load it keeps coming up theres an error the windows was not shut down properly due to power failure or the reset was not shut down properly i keep getting a message saying to put it in safemode or safemode with networking or safemode with prompt command and also restart windows but none of the commands work. please can you help.

sounds like you may have to reinstall windows,now you may be able to just repair windows by selecting repair from the menu once you have run the disc but if not you will have to reinstall and im afraid ull lose all data
