my mini moto will not start

*1 how could the clutch prevent the bike from starting :S

ryt the bike refusing to start could be a number of things

*flat petrol
*idle screw (as sed below)
*spark plug
*carb needing cleaned out
*the spark plug lead fkd

and the person with the bike moving its self

the throttle cabel could be stuck in the carb
or it could be the idle screw needing un wound

Clutch may need adjusting but more likley its idle revs are too high, adjust the brass screw on the side of the carb turn it one way revs increase other decrease, you should be able to get it idling without moving. if not then clutch needs adjusting

my mini dirt bike 49cc sat in the shed for a while.So i got it out and put a new spark plug and it started but drives forward on its own with me giving it any throttle if you could help me it would be a big thanks
