'check outlet pipes'.the water remains inside the machine.we recieve the message check oulet pipes.we have checked the outlet pipes and it seems that there is nothing blocking it.what shall i do?
Although your question is vague it may be that the water pump is blocked. On some machines there is an entry in the rubber pipe going to the pump where you can remove any obstruction.
