youve probably got an air block in the pipe
2 options , with the engine off , kick over the kick start a few times (warning this is a cog killer) adn get fuel to the carb
the fuel tank has 2 pipes coming out
1 goes to the carb
2 goes to the enging housing (vacuum pipe)
2nd option , remove the large pipe that fits onto the top of the engine (nipple thingy ) the other end of it goes into the petrol tank , this is the fuel vacuum pipe , it only releases petrol when it has slight vaccuum, gently suck on it (not alot ) this opens the valve and petrol should flow through the pipe into the carburettor,
if it doesnt , try removing the fuel pipe from the carb, then sucking it should P%SS out
if still nowt
it may be the carburetor is as dry a nuns crutch
so either remove the bottom of the carb and top up witha little fuel ,
Or ive found just spraying a little carb cleaner into the air take sorts it out
