Hi,

My Hotpoint WF620 is displaying error code F-12 and the door lock light is on. I have check that there is water going to the machine and there is. I've also tried reseting the machine by holding in the start/canel button, but it did notting.
Can anyone give me any advise on what to do next?

is the water actually going into the machine
