Ford Fiesta Flight 1998 electric windows not fully closing ?

When attempting to close electric windows they slowly grind to a halt before fully closed. Any help appreciated. Thanks

easiest cheapest way to fix is spray wd-40 or something similar all around the window seals, this may only last for a few weeks but it saves replacing all the seals.
