How can I fix my Vaillant boiler Turbo max plus 824E?

After switching off boiler ( to remove radiator) and re - filling via the filling loop, the hot water is intermittent. When the yellow light comes on, hot water sometimes works but more often does not. Keeps reverting to flashing green light.
Fault code F64 is showing. Any advice?
