Find the fuse board which controls the main house, it could be on there. It will be a 32A, 40A or 45A fuse.
Depending on what type of fuse board it could be a rewirable cartridge or the new type of Mcb which is a small switch which just needs resetting. If its not on the fuse board it will be in its own small housing very close by (within a foot or so)This could house an Mcb breaker and a Rcd either could have tripped. You say that the fuse has blown but you don't know where the fuse is, are you sure the fuse has blown. It could be a fault on the shower or the local pull switch. If your not sure call a registered Part P electrician. This is what we are trained to find
