We have loaded the bobbin as described in the manual. Each time we start to wind the bobbin, it turns a few revolutions and then stops, beeps, and the LED screen flashes "88". What is wrong?
It doesn't tell in the book. how do I find a singer engineer?

If it does not tell you in the book you will need to get a Singer engineer who understands the computer side of it or contact Singer customer services.
