The motor will not turn, how do I find if I just need to replace brushes or need a new motor?

The code inside the door is partially unreadable, I give below what I can read with '?' where it is not clear.
F-NR WFM 3030GB/04 FD 74?? 01/16. 01/16 is possibly not right.

you would have to take the motor off which you do from the back of the appliance. unfortunately you cant change the brushes on this seperately but you can get the end frame for the motor which contains the carbon brushes. once the motor is off then you can take it apart by the four screws but make sure you remeber what way the motor goes back together. the brushes will probably very short. if they are about 1cm in lengh or you can see the copper wire throught the end then you need to purchase the end frame. any problems you can email me on jdvdomestics@live.co.uk
